1:27:38  Sean Morris speaks from this point:

1:28:25  “Number one: willingness and readiness to go on evangelistic missions in the methodical way described by Christ in Matthew 10 in the sending of the seventy and elsewhere.  A very simple way, a childlike way, but nevertheless, a hard way in some respects.  A hard way.  That way is not consistently depicted all throughout scripture in missionary endeavors, but to those that – to those upon whom the great tribulation shall come – we can be sure that it will be very consistent in the situations that we will be in in that time.  So this is not a law, but it is wisdom, humility, and spirit-led preparation given the times that we are coming into and the needs of this nation with so little laborers in the harvest – so few men to make the midnight cry.”

130:10  “So number one is willingness and readiness to go on missions the simple way, the childlike way, the hard way in some respects as exemplified by Christ.  Number two: willingness and prayerfulness to prepare for the great tribulation.  Willingness and prayerfulness to prepare for the great tribulation.  Brother Jake was touching on this point as he contrasted the instructions of Christ to the apostles, and the sending of the 70 when he contrasted those instructions with Luke 22:35-38 where he told them to get a purse, bring a script, and get a sword.  And when he was emphasizing that two was enough, he was emphasizing the purpose of the sword – and it was to defend the brethren from wild beasts –  literally, from anything that would harm them in the wilderness.  And again, I, there are things that can harm you in the wilderness – you know, wild pigs, and snakes, etc.  And so having some kind of weapon for that reason – you don’t need many – but two would definitely suffice.  But two swords would not suffice in fighting off, you know, a battalion of armed men sent to you to take the messiah to the cross. That wasn’t the purpose of the sword. The purpose of the sword was after their scattering, this bountiful provision that was continually provided by the very incarnate person of Christ is going to be gone. And that means that next time you’re at open sea and you’re rowing against the waves, the bodily person of Jesus Christ isn’t going to come into the boat and still the waves – you may go shipwrecked.”

134:45  “This is going to come upon the world.  It’s going to come upon the nation.  And it’s wisdom for us to prepare.  When I said willingness and prayerfulness to prepare for the great tribulation, this means that in the same way the disciples prepared for the removal of the incarnate Christ from their midst by getting two swords, by getting a script and a purse, and etc.  The same way that the disciples and the apostles as we see in the book of Acts and elsewhere prepared for missionary journeys – contemplating what was ahead – but not in the  lust of preserving their lives.  Nor was it in the lust where they were resisting suffering – but it was a balance, a perfect balance, where the voice of God and the leadership of Christ – who is still in our midst spiritually – was taking supreme overview of everything that was happening.

136:14  “I’ve had spiritual sensations and burdens coming upon my soul, during the great tribulation when potentially a nuke falls on Dallas, or a nuke falls on Houston – the electricity is just gone out – there are just millions that are in need.  You know, the floods came into Houston.  How many tens of thousands are without electricity.  I mean this is just the beginning…the beginning of sorrows. And I’ve had visions that at that time, is that there is no greater need in that hour but men – and women if able – going to and fro throughout the land preaching the gospel.  And in that preparation – which I have no other desire in my heart – but to do that in a time of complete suffering and tribulation coming upon the world.”

139:42  “We’re all gonna suffer.  We’re all gonna suffer.”

140:05  “We need to ask the Lord to guide us and prepare us, because he has a purpose to glorify his name.  And he can feed us with ravens like he did with Elijah…”

141:27  We need to be in prayer about this – truly brethren.  It is fearful how strongly the spirit of God is pressing upon our conscience the immanency of the great tribulation.  It is fearful…it is fearful.  And if you haven’t heard the alarm, and you haven’t heard the trumpet sound, then we’re here to tell you, that you should be preparing your heart – you should be afraid with a godly fear.  So we need willingness and readiness…”

146:22  “It’s one thing to cry out for the remnant, it’s another thing to be willing to go and stand outside of the churches that God chooses, and lift up the word of Christ in the face of much persecution.  Now brethren, it is a sobering thing.  If we went to any of the remnant that remains in the conservative sector of America – the news of it would be like wildfire – and the word would just catch among the whole conservative remnant.  Calvanist or Arminian, the dominion of Paul Washer, the dominion of Keith Daniel – it doesn’t matter – whichever one.  And though we be ever so tender and harmless as lambs, and though we speak in love – they will be for war…they will be for war.  They have received the adulteress.  They have hidden the Benjamites, who have been given over to sodomy, etc.  They are already hand in hand in allegiance in sin.

147:32  “And it’s going to be a battle.  And so going to preach to them, brethren its going to be an unprecedented situation.  It’s one thing to judge two-fold head-to-toe vile false prophets who have never known God like Bill Johnson.  It’s another thing to go to the anointed of the Lord who is backslidden.  That’s a completely different thing.”

148:17  “Jake and ten men can go and tread upon the high places of calf-worshiping Israel, but to go after Judah brethren – it’s going to take all of us.  It’s going to take all the elders, all the preachers, all the men, and all the women, and all the children.”

148:58  “God is preparing us to do something about it and my soul trembles, to be prepared for that time.”

149:15  “It would be another thing if the fundamental doctrines of “the midnight cry”  are being learned and preached somewhere else we know of in this nation.  That would be one thing.  That would give me some peace.  That maybe God will send  somebody else.  Maybe this massive reservoir of the scattered remnant among the plains of America and beyond – maybe there will be some other voice.  But brethren I don’t know where that is happening.”

150:15  “These doctrines are not peaceable, acceptable, or quiet upon the tongues of true prophets.”

151:08  “We have never evangelized this town or the cities around this town like the brothers did in Redding.  And the reason is, is because the times that we have and I could say only begun to testify of Christ – very small testimony of Christ – the people are so violent.  And the news reporters so relentlessly hounding…”

152:40  “And to go out and evangelize in Wells would heap upon us injuries, people vandalizing our homes, the church house catching fire – there’s no telling what they will do.  As hard as we push, I believe they’ll push back….I’ll be praying that they don’t break my bones, but I’m willing.”

154:00   “…these professional gossipers called reporters.”

154:20  “We need to be willing to engage this, this monster, these beasts of Wells – these thorns and briers that can not be taken with hands – we need to be willing to fight with them.”

156:18  “We’re coming into it.  We’re coming into this time…”

156:35  “It’s a willingness to go where ever he says and acting upon it instantaneously.  So if he tells us to preach at the Wells basketball game, if he tells us to go into the neighboring cities, brethren we are going to go.  And we’re not going to try to figure it all out.  And say, ‘Lord, are we really gonna stir up this beast now, is now the time, are we prepared?”

157:50  “And I’m convinced that the suffering will increase – maybe suddenly, maybe progressively, and we’re going to have some blood and some pain – and it’s going to help us trust in God….this is where we’re headed brethren.”

159:00  “If he tells us to go after the conservative remnant, we’re going to go.  If he tells us to go after Wells, we’re gonna go…we’ll go right now Lord if you come, or if you speak.”
